Casio are a pretty reliable make for scientific instruments, I guess . . . l bought my husband a Scientific Calculator (slightly heavier than this one) about 30 yrs ago and it would still be in use if he hadn't decided it was too bulky for his briefcase (and he needed a graph function one for his PGCE qualification and for demonstrating to the pupils at the schools where he teaches) . . . . . . ♥ jes ♥ by jesi

Print and copy to your heart's content

I've had two. They work for 6 months or so, but eventually someone puts a load of paper through when it needs to be emptied. This causes a backlog of paper to build up in the plastic housing the shredding gears, and eventually the plastic snaps. The shredder is rendered ineffective and you need to get a new one.

This has got to be the most user friendly printer on the market, Hewlett Packard have delivered a pert high quality printer . Overall rating for this printer is 5 stars out of 5 stars. Sets up in about 20 minutes and you get the software with it to be able to print straight to disc, so no more expensive stick on labels to purchase. Only Problem when I recieved the item the CD Setup was in french. The build quality is fantastic and it is so easy to use and produces excellent results. The easy to read and positive operation of the quick keys on the fascia is a key feature of this superb printer/copier/scanner. Also Very Good Value.

It does a good job, until it overheats. I bought it because it says it can shred 8 pieces of paper at a time. I usually shred4-5 pieces or less per time. After awhile, and I am only trying to shred some small amount (as compared to an office) of accumulated paper in my home- it overheats after about 30 minutes of shredding. It will start again about 15 minutes later, but 8 pieces of paper at a time is not worth it if it overheats so fast. I did get it at a very low price from Stansfield Office products, a site I still recommend, but this shreddier is not as hard-working as any marketing information for it on any site.

Advantages: Cheaper than others on market
Disadvantages: Sound quality low, long distances barely picked up, battery life short
