Hi, welcome to Ciao. Sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. While its very helpful that you mention the problems with eating at the restaurant, it would also help if you said a bit abou the rooms. We stayed at the Ibis in 2006 and found it to be a good budget hotel. However, we have just returned from an overnight stay and it has definitely gone downhill. It was awful. The bed was uncomfortable with barely enough room to get out on the one side. The bed linen didn't look clean. According to their website rooms are all air conditioned - NOT!! Unbearably hot. Window opened 3 inches at most. The breakfast was appalling!!!!! I echo the previous review - limited choice of bread, cereal, sausages and fruit for breakfast. No glasses available for fruit juice. Will definitely NOT return again.
