Hi , i brought my mother to visit London Fri 18 July. She was in a wheel-chair. We went into Marks & Spencers were she bouth some shoes, we went to queue at the pay desk were there was a very long queue. We were called a cross by a very nice lady who told us we could go to the end counter and pay, there was no need to struggle with the wheelchair in the queue. I would just like to say a very BIG THANK You to this lady and to Marks and Spencers, this made it a lot less stressfull for us both.
