we went to Pirates in June this year and although the show is good it is a total rip off the food is dire the staff disappear as soon as the show starts and you can't get drink as it all goes dark. We paid for the quarte deck which depends on how many tickets (or mugs to buy them) they sell for the quarter deck as the only difference was we had a table cloth so by all means go see the show but I would eat before you go and accept that you are being ripped off. The staff aren't that nice either and we had to stand in the scorching heat for over 30 mins with no shade.

Alcudia and the apartments Ses Dalies. Me and my two children have enjoyed a superb holidays in this apartment. We have the swimming pool just in front our terrace. The beach a 50 meters distance. By chance, we ended up at Robinson Crusoe already the first evening we arrived in Palma Nova on holliday (from Denmark)...and we kept comming back. We had almost all our evening meals there, and why?? We found exelent food, very friendly and competent service, great music in the loudspeakers (which by the way were some of the best for the situation), and a fairly mature crowd. Our best recomendations.

I have been to Hotel Don Pedro two years in a row, and each time i could not pick a fault with it. Being only 15 years old, i like to be away from my parents, and making friends. This hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You are made to feel welcome and everyone gets along with anyone. There is a range of food available, and it is quite nice. The entertainment is brilliant, every night a different show is held and each one is as good as the last. I would recommend this holiday to anyone, it is such a lovely expireince. I hope to go back next year for my 3rd year running.

Returned from Platja D'or this week with great regret that we had to leave, The whole experience at this hotel was first class and we could no fault a thing, Food, cleanliness, friendliness and location were all spot on, We had some concerns before going, having read the reviews saying this hotel was mainly for the older person, but no, this hotel had every age range from 16 upwards. My only comment is that you could never get a sun lounger around the pool, not that it was a big deal, we went to the beach (2mins walk).

My family and I have been here 3 times now and absolutely love it here. Rooms are basic - but who spends much time in here! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Food again is basic and very repetetive. The pool is beautiful and you are a couple of minutes walk from the bars and shops. The beach is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There are regular activities for kids and adults - archery, bowls, football, pool competitions and table tennis competitions. You can also play tennis and squash. There is a nice little playground for the kids as well. Have some good entertainment on the nights. If you like to get involved this is definately the place to go :-)

Fui para Palma de Maiorca na primeira semana de agosto de 2008. Muito sinceramente, detestei o atendimento do hotel, a limpeza, e a confusão que por lá se instala nesta época. A alimentação apesar de variada era de muito má qualidade e para quem viaja com crianças deixo desde já o conselho, ou tente mudar de hotel ou leve comida de casa, porque a sopa é inadequada e a comida pouco recomendável (Gostava de conhecer uma criança que comesse sopa de espargos e sopa de cebola sem fazer uma careta!!!).
