I checked into the hotel on Friday 26 September and found the staff pleasant. On Saturday 27th September at about 3.00 am, I woke up itching. The bed was full of fleas and there were several blood spots on the sheets where I had been bitten, rolled over and squashed the fleas. I also saw three (of what I am pretty sure were small cockroaches) on my pillow. The staff were obviously concerned and apologetic but were unable to find me an alternative hotel in Boulogne. Eventually, they found one in Calais so I drove there, arriving at about 4.30 am. OK, so all hotels have these problems ay some time, but......

Advantages: Swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, fun pirate decor, free bus.
Disadvantages: Very busy at breakfast and on bus.

Room had a very strong smell of tobacco despite the no smoking rule. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned for some time. The upside was that it was the only hotel in Boulogne with available rooms (maybe the previous comments may be relevant). It was also cheaper than it's competitors.

Advantages: Cheap, Friendly staff, Great Location
Disadvantages: Not close to the eiffel tower

Advantages: Location, some spacious rooms, breakfast included, price tag.
Disadvantages: Early breakfast and the odd vibration from the trains.

Advantages: Dance With Robots is a awesome, good location, buildings are pretty

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the resteraunt, on our travels to our holiday location in the Dordogne. We made a tempory reservation to stay on our return two weeks later on our way home. We cancelled this reservation early morning of 12th July direct with the hotel only to find when receiving my credit card summary after arrival home that my card had been charged for a room. I am currently having difficulty retrieving this money charged from the hotel.Management sem to reluctant to credit my card.

Advantages: Clean comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Paris
Disadvantages: Limited and awkward parking

Hotel Karina is one of the most inviting and enjoyable places to stay if you want to experiance good food, good company and a mighty hangover!!!!! The rooms are very comfortable with various styles of decor all are en-suite. I will not go into details about the food, but all I can say every dish I ordered was exceptional, so try it for yourself. Nikki and Austin are the perfect hosts, very relaxed, and wonderful company.

Advantages: You won't regret visiting it
Disadvantages: You'll regret not visiting it

Had booked one night ,but really enjoyed our time there and stayed three ! found the owners and staff very friendly and helpful. location was ideal, loved Biarritz , if you can get one of the rooms with a view ,go for it ! Strongly recomend the Anjou Hotel , enjoy !
