We were 9 adult men going on a "food- and wine" trip in the Veneto district in September last year. The most spectacular day was the day we went to La Baita, just above the city of Caprino Veronese. Fantastic food, wine and service (not to mencion the spectacular view), and for a norwegian, very good prices. I can warmly reccomend the site, and I will be back in July this year, see you then! The only thing that possibly could be better, is a bus-service to the place...We stayed in Bardolino (also a great place) and luckily we had our own driver for the trip. In any case: Visit the Ristorante La Baita, you wont regret it!

Good facts about the ferry but would have liked more information on the hotel. Some 2 star hotels can be little gems but everyone is looking for different things and people have different priorities so more information would make it easier to make a personal judgement . It would be a shame to miss out on a good find! by suelr13
