A big advantage - a little cosy store, living room atmosphere, .... And of course !!!!!!!! A great and friendly team, always cheering you up when you need it - and even if you don't ;-)))) Well, the taste of the coffe can't be compared with many of our Viennese coffees, but, okay, that makes the difference.

Location Fair since is close to an underground station (PillgramGasse) Clean but dont wait clean sheets every day nor clean towels i doubt they change them. Service Terrible !!!! we `ve been 2 times in the hotel`s restaurant and it took 1,5 hour to be served . Also in the Hotels cafe their is no service and any kind of coffee you order you will always get the same coffee in diferent glass.... Capuccino (they have a coffe machine and it only makes capuccino ) Also if you dont get up early for the breakfast and you get down after 8:30 you will not find coffee or juice . They dont refill the machines if they run out !

Disadvantages: Bit pricey

This looks like a great hotel. The fact it has a pool and, a FREE mini-bar. Ok not a huge amount of stock in it but its still free. This is certainly a hotel i'd consider next time though I think I'd avoid the plane you used! by martinwi

Although you say you got this hotel booking through Air Miles you give no indication of how much the hotel would normally cost on week days or weekends which is quite important to a potential customer. Also you say turn left from the hotel then left at the bottom of the street and you’re 20 minutes from the centre of Vienna. How far is the end of the street from the hotel? This could be a matter of seconds or another 5 or 10 minutes added to your walk if the street is long? :) by anonymili
