Advantages: Excellent value for money, free beer
Disadvantages: Lots of steep steps!

Beer is probably one of the four things that you think of when visiting Belgium - the others being of course (chips and mayonnaise, chocolate and belgium waffles) so would a trip to Belgium be complete without visiting a brewery - I dont think so! The ... Read review

Good review! No bathroom door? I think at least a screen is ok. I would be more bothered by boat tourists looking into my window than by my gf watching me in the bathroom. by jeaniecz

Quick review of Hotel De Goezeput, Bruges
Review of Hotel De Goezeput, Bruges by saver275

A charming little hotel in one of the many cobbled back streets in Bruges. Only 10 minutes walk from the station and a further 5 minutes to the Market Place in the town centre. Our room wasn't the lovely timbered one one the website (this was being decorated), but ours was clean and very spacious with a double bed, single bed, sofa and a couple of armchairs in front of a stone fireplace. The very tradtional entrance hall with it's lovely wooden staircase is a complete contrast to the modern loune/bar alongside where a generous buffet breakfast is served. Bruges is a compact town so any old-town hotel is close to all the sights so do yourself a favour and pick one with character like this one!
