HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED¡ I ASKED THEM TO CANCELLED A RESERVATION FOR ME¡ THEY CONFIRMED IT BY MAIL AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY EVEN THAT I WAS THERE FOR 4 NIGHTS AND THEY COULD HAVE ASKED ME...
