Stay Away from the ignorants at the Indigo
Review of Indigo Hotel, Atlanta by DivahDiva

Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Everything

AWFUL. Reservations were made months in advance for double beds and we (about 6 rooms) got kings. Bride-to -be had to sleep on the floor. Breakfasts were comped next AM but the breakfast bar worker had the personality of a lizard and was beyond rude. If y ... Read review

"Follow me through these doors ma'am..."
Review of Atlanta, USA (ATL) by bamamo

Advantages: connect to a lot of places
Disadvantages: IMMIGRATION, rude staff

I frequently travel to Arizona and although I prefer to opt for American Airlines as my airmiles are stacking up, generally go for the cheapest option or whatever will get me to my destination at a reasonable hour. So in December I flew with Delta via Atl ... Read review

Regret that I can't rate this higher than Helpful since it doesn't tell me much about the airport. Also, it seems to me that a lot of your problems were the fault of the US Immigration Service, rather than the airport itself. It does sound like you were given an unnecessarily hard time, though. by torr

Quick review of Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, Atlanta
Review of Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, Atlanta by katiehensey1

The Martin Luther King Museum was really interesting. I didn't know much about him before I went there but by the time I'd life I had a good grasp on the struggles he'd been through just so that black people could have equal rights. There was a look of original final footage of his speeches and even the speech which he made at his own funeral! I found it amazing that in his time as a civil rights activist black people boycotted using buses for a year and the bus company nearly went bankrupt. A moving experience and definitely worth a visit.

Pricey, but well worth it
Review of Omni Hotel at CNN Center, Atlanta by scottevil110

Advantages: Room quality, Restaurant, Location

Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. Hotel Reviews need loads of detail from prices, to what's in the bedrooms, to customer service to food etc etc I think that you need to write every product Review as if you’re writing for someone who has virtually no knowledge of what you’re reviewing, in clear non technical language. You might find it helpful if you read and rate some other peoples’ reviews (especially those that have been rated VH or E). It might give you an idea of the sort of things you need to include. It might also be helpful if you had a look at the Ciao guides to writing Reviews and Rating I found them really useful. If I can be of any help feel free to put a note in my gb. Rich by RichPrice

Atlanta: Metroplitan city of the South

Advantages: Great weather, lots of trees, culture diversity, nice houses and affordable
Disadvantages: Over speeding on highways, can get pretty dry atimes

For some of you looking to settle down in a city that is metropolitan and yet affordable, then this is one option you shouldn't overlook. Normally, we think of cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and the rest as real metro cities and true they are. ... Read review

Atlanta - Processing passengers after 9/11
Review of Atlanta, USA (ATL) by eduardob

Advantages: Great hub if travelling by Delta.
Disadvantages: A little chaotic.

I think immigration officers are the only ones who do not have to have customer service training to improve customer relationships and be courteous because they don't want too. Another way to look at it is they treat you like a criminal until proven not so. Maybe we should all boycott visiting US until they become less offensive!:) by petitesquirt

Efficiently run airport
Review of Atlanta, USA (ATL) by JimG

Advantages: A good example of how a large airport should be run
Disadvantages: Perhaps a little more walking to your gate is required then other airports

Disadvantages: Occasionally high traffic levels
