As someone who never lies on the beach and wouldn't use the spa I didn't learn much about this hotel that would help me decide if it suited me. What about the rooms, the facilities, the food - and where is it, what does it cost and so on? Have a good look at some of the VH and E rated hotel reviews to get a better idea of what readers are expecting from a really useful hotel review. by koshkha

Advantages: Brilliant facilities, Within the beautiful Hajar Mountain Range, Near a direct road to Dubai (and therefore good links with the airport), attentive and helpful service, Clean, Palletable food, Adventerous activities and tours
Disadvantages: Dated decor from 80s period ( and with it, dated background music that plays all over the grounds, and on the telephone operating system)
