This is a beautifully made guitar, lovely to play and with a great sound. The p-90 pickups provide that classic rock tone with real bite but can also be wonderfully mellow producing great blues and jazz tones. This is a really classey guitar finished to a very very high standard with a lovely set neck, superb tuners and that great Bigsby termelo unit.

Works nice and has a beautiful sound. Included software is very poor. Recorded from USB has a very low level, it must be increase by 10 dB to zero level. I didn´t notice any problem with that but, theoretically some AD conversion definition is lost. I asked both Stanton and Stanton local distributer ( I live in Brazil )abaout the matter but I had no reply.

I bought my YAS 23 in Dec 1981. Lasted me very well all the way up to 2005, when i had it overhauled and then it sounded and behaved brand new. Sold it to a good friend. It's a good sax. I desired a YAS 62 or upper. I got a bargain on a Selmer Serie 3. I miss Yamaha but i play a yamaha NP30 keyboard and a Yamaha digital drumset and i will buy a Sax yamaha microphone. i recommmend YAS 23 to my friends. james frankie
