Ordered a multi functional ladder after very impressive sales review on the TV. When it failed to arrive we started making enquiries. We got the run around for 6 weeks before we contacted credit card company to get our money back. Their customer services people are totally ineffective. The only thing they were capable of was debiting the credit card immediately. Each time you ring you pay premium rates, after the supposed initial warehouse searches failed it then took numerous e-mails and phone calls to get the necessary paperwork to 'apply' for a refund. Save yourself a lot of grief and buy from a decent company !
