	Quick review of Parcelnet Review of Parcelnet by jbarron Parcelnet when delivering parcels to me and I am not in (which is frequently) they deliver my parcel to another address and leave me a card to say where it is. The last time they did this it took me 48 hours to get my parcel. They do not take the parcel back and leave a phone number to contact them for a mutually convenient delivery. The Post Office nor Parcel Force are not allowed to do this. Why should I have to scour the neighbourhood for my property. How safe is it?. I do not know my neighbours. 	Quick review of Initial City Link Review of Initial City Link by andydee99 I dread having anything delivered by CityLink. There drivers are incapable of working out the intercom and never ring, despite me waiting in to receive my delivery. They also have a policy of not leaving a card if you share a communual front door, so you never know that they`ve come until you track your goods on their website. On the website they then have the audacity to say that you`ve been "carded". Invariably I end up having to drive to their depot to pick up the goods, which I have paid them to deliver. They are truly awful and should be avoided at all costs. 	Quick review of Royal Mail Airsure Review of Royal Mail Airsure by sopranos845 The Royal Mail states - "Airmail delivery aims for Europe are 3-4 working days and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. These aims include items being sent by the Airsure service. Delivery targets are not guaranteed and we do not accept any claims for the delay of an item. A delivery aim refers to the point of delivery, not the point of transfer from one country to another". I posted to the Costa Del Sol on 1/7/08 it is now the 24th still not arrived. Their advertising is at the very least misleading as they have no conrtol whatsoever when the item leaves the uk. 	Quick review of Interlink Express Review of Interlink Express by Busymum40 Appaling service. Totally unreliable company. I ordered a Tv stand which was dispatched Thursday with next day delivery. I took a day off work on Friday and stayed in all day but nothing arrived. Instead they tried to deliver it on monday when i was at work. I rearranged delivery for wednesday and again took a day off work and waited in all day but again nothing. I couldn't afford to take another day off work so ended up ended up going to collect it from nearest depot - 13 miles away which was a round trip of over an hour. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. 	Quick review of Initial City Link Review of Initial City Link by Prurpu Appalling. The laziest, most incompetent delivery service I have ever come across. Unfortunately they were used by Amazon Prime (a service which I shall not be using again, given their choice of courier). When every other delivery company can find my address, Citylink failed twice. What morons. 	Quick review of Royal Mail Airsure Review of Royal Mail Airsure by erialcsve Sent a birthday present to my daughter in California via this service, which after two weeks has not yet arrived. The tracking system is a joke (it only says that the item is passed to international delivery services, with no other information). The customer support is a joke. It seems like a service from 50 years ago. There is no recourse, really -- after 25 days, you get to submit a claim form which then takes months to investigate and then process. I will never again use this service and I am not recommending it to anyone. I have used priority mail (which is what this servce really is) in the US, with excellent results. But, when combined with Royal Mail, it is very different. After their bankruptcy turmoil and setting up the new company, Net2Logistics have learnt nothing from their past: Instead of the stated 3-5 working days delivery from London to Germany, it took them full three weeks, the double-wall heavy-duty removal boxes were all heavily damaged, and when I asked them to track down where my boxes were, it took them another 4 working days simply to track them! (because there were about five different small/local couriers involved that didn't work well together) Avoid Net2Logistics, they keep up their company policy from Postvan.com... Martina. 	Quick review of Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Review of Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by tedsolmon Whilst the ordinary SD seems pretty reliable, as long as the order and the delivery days are working weekdays - Monday to Friday, don't bother to pay for £2 extra for Saturday Guarunteed. They don't deliver, you get your delivery on Monday anyway and have the hassle of claiming back the postage cost. Use Citylink or FedEx. 	Quick review of Parcelforce Review of Parcelforce by consumerwales Booked a collection told would be collected between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm - it was not Phoned to complain - passed from pillar to post for 2 hours on an 0870 number Phoned 8am next morning - they said they rebooked and would collect between 10.00 and 3.30 pm - guess what - they didn't They overcharge account customers and slap on £20+ surcharges without informing you - there service I have used for 4 years and I am no longer using them - please avoid if you valid your spare time and your sanity...
