beware of this agent their tenancy agreement hides unfair terms designed to take away a tenant rights and they have been absolutely useless, unhelpful, ego and ignorant when problem occured. You end up disputing with them even after months your tenancy ends and you have to walk through all Trading Standard, Authorities, CAB, OFT etc. to seek help and advices. Time waster! There are lots of better agency providing first class service I won't take my risk with Andrew Craig. Enough said.

The easiest solution is to have Ludlow Thompson added under Estate Agents again into the ciao data base and not as a web site and then get this review moved or deleted so you can repost the review in the correct category . We have tried reporting our problem to our local authority but because the agency’s office is not based in the area, the local authority can’t do anything. We have tried reporting to the Office of Fair Trade and they can’t help as it’s not what they deal with. Basically there is no Law or Legislation in the UK to protect tenants. No authority can help us. We have been bully by property agencies for too long now, the government should do something about it! by vinvinli

Nightmare !!!! DO NOT USE EVER !!!! Before the payment - great service - after the payment - no service whatsoever. Picked up the goods in time but delivered almost a week late (within Europe the transport was). Not only they have been late delivering but the boxes have been in a terrible state and lots of my personal belongings have gone missing. What did they do ? NOTHING.. not answering my emails or anything... Am VERY angry ... disgraceful service..
