I check this site out regularly, it is a great source of information and gossip about cars and bikes. The reveiws are clear and concise and generally a bit tongue in cheek, nothing to heavy.
The Power Portal is great for links to manufacturers and dealership, particularly helpful if you are looking for a car or just like cars in general.
It is not the normal faceless portal site, it even featured a picture of the editors car when he wrote it off a couple of months ago. There are regular reporters and lots of competitions.
