I only discovered Topcashback when a friend referred me to the site whilst I was looking for insurance renewal quotes. I am so glad that I joined, as it has literally saved me a small fortune. Now, as a member, I can earn an extra £2.50 for each friend referred whilst saving, earning and working my way up to the 110% top level of cashback. That's right, you can earn yourself an extra 10% over and above what many of the merchants advertise. Combine this with a cashback credit card and you could really be quids in. (Just don't forget to claim cashback when applying in the first place.)
The sign-up process is simple and quick, it's completely free and the site is very easy to navigate. Having compared many similar types of cashback sites, I would have no hesitation in recommending topcashback as it is, without a doubt, my favourite.
Cashback accumulates each and every day you use the site, transactions track fast, there's no administration fees deducted from your 'earnings' and there is no minimum amount needed before you can withdraw the cash to your account. I prefer the BACS option, as it is completely free, but you can also withdraw funds into a PayPal account or request a cheque. In the event of cashback not appearing, there are real people there who deal with your enquiries swiftly and soon solve any problems you may have.
My biggest surprises, to date, have been the superb cashback awards for our insurance policies (over £150 between car and house) and my continuing success with decluttering the house via free ads - I'm being paid to advertise my own items! How much better can it get?
As soon as a transaction tracks, it appears on the site as 'pending'. At this point you can click on the amounts to find out when they are likely to be confirmed. At the point of confirmation, your total transfers to the corresponding column and again you can click on the totals to find out when they are likely to become payable. Once the balance is showing as 'payable', you simply submit your claim and transfer the cash to your bank account without any fuss.
To be honest, I can't believe it took me so long to find out about this site. I certainly wouldn't buy, subscribe to or join anything online now without first consulting the Topcashback index of merchants and services and I can't understand anyone who would say no to some free money. Give it a go, a penny saved really is a penny gained in this game, it may even amount to several pounds!
Advantages: 100% Pay Back of Commission, Daily Account Updates, Product Comparison Listings Disadvantages: No 'Join Up' or 'Refer a Friend' Cash. No Forum.
