Topjobs.co.uk is another of the web based recruitment sites that have appeared over the last year. This site is definitely not the best I have come across but is still useful.
This site is well presented but seems to have more adverts than its rivals; this site is of average loading speed but is very easy to navigate with the use of animated buttons and drop down menus.
Services offered by this site are obviously a job search, jobs by email, job ... ...sites.
The jobs by email are quite good in terms of jobs received but their system seems to thing London is in the north west of the country. I feel if the search engine for this were vastly improved this site would be brilliant. The job search is similar it gets you the exact right job but also in the wrong area.
The recruitment advice found here is relatively useful but is mainly full of book reviews in which you can purchase through the site.

This website provides online recruitment, from management to graduate positions.
I was looking for a job and applied to a company via Top Jobs.
The Jobs by email service keeps you up to date with new jobs on the site, whenever they are updated.
A good search egine mechanism allows you to search via keywords, location etc.
This is a useful service for jobseekers in the uk.
Many big companies advertsie within the site such as Dell, MBNA,Freeserve, ...

In fact Topjobs was set up in 96/97 - I should know because I worked for them!
Perhaps they should work on marketing more, search engine optimisation and good webmarketing rather than simply focusing on BTInternet.
The company has far fewer staff than they used to - down to around 10 from the heights of around 200 - and it shows!
