Topshop is famous up and down the country for providing fairly cheap, trendy clothes to women. Topman, however, seems to be struggling to make a name for itself in the big wide world of men's fashion. I wish I knew why it was this way as there does not seem to be any logical reason for it. Topman not only follow trends but due to the sheer number of shops they have and their grasp of the 'youth market', set trends too. I've not bought lots of clothes ... ...pairs of casual shoes from them. They have always been cheap, well designed and lasted for ages. The jeans and shirts in topman are of a good quality but can sometimes be overpriced. The topman website is easy to navigate, with clearly labelled sections for the various types of clothes (jeans, jackets, jumpers, shirts etc) on the left hand side of the page. The team behind the website also have a 'recommended' part of the site where they piece together ...

Customer service is absolutely awful. On so many occasions I have had nothing but poor responses. I e-mailed them a question, and after four days, no reply, so I sent it again, and received a one-sentence response that was very rude. They didn't even reply to my second point about student discount for those not in the NUS like my university. Clothing is great and delivery is prompt, but they need to have a smaller threshold for free delivery rather ...

...heard of the place and topman.co.uk is the online version of their high street store. The store sells mainly clothes followed by a range of accessories too.
The site - The site is nothing overly special in terms of how it looks - in fact it is quite plain but, everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to navigate with main links to all clothes option down the left hand side and the current offers and news pieces in the centre.
There is ... ...that shopping on the site is much quicker as it will save your details.
Along the bottom of the site is a list of options including all the technical stuff such as the T&C's and delivery and return details. Along the top is the links for if you need to contact topman or to see a list of high street stores.
Delivery costs - Delivery is set at £4 per order for standard 2nd class to UK, Northern Ireland and the highlands and islands and £5 for express ...
