I tried to use Topshop on-line to buy a winter coat for my student daughter. The order went through; I was assured the coat would arrive shortly. Several hours later, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because of "security issues." I rang the helpline - after waiting in a queue for 45 minutes I was told that someone would ring me back or email me the following day. No call - just an email suggesting prior problems with my card or my daughter's hall of residence address. I phoned again - the system is down but they'll ring me tomorrow. I feel insulted, angry, frustrated. I have never been in debt and always pay off my card. Meanwhile my daughter is shivering. ...

Topshop is an essential stop for fashion concious girls who want to get the latest catwalk looks at affordable prices. The website is without a doubt the best of any highstreet store in the UK. I often shop on-line and have always found that tophop.co.uk is one of the easiest websites to purchase clothes from. I'm not exactly brilliant with computers, but even I find it easy to navigate my way around the site, as there is a menu to the left-hand side and clothes are organized in both type (eg: denim, knitwear) and by trend.
