Topshop is one of my favourite high street shops, especially as i get 10% of all purchases as a student discount!!!! Needless to say i am a dedicated customer!!!!

I have used the website a couple of times only, but each time i have found it to be a pleasurable and stress free online shopping experience. The website has been designed to be easy to use, which is awesome if you are not used to shopping online, it is also easy to navigate and find exactly what your looking for.

The website itself has a black and white theme, and the homepage of the website shows a picture, usually of the latest collection being modelled, and provides quick links to many areas of the website, including the specific collections, and even provide links to the tall and petite ranges.

The website has an enormous range of clothing, shoes and accessories, and you are bound to pick up some real gems on the website that you probably would't always find if you went into a topshop store.

The website also allows you to sign up to topshop style notes, an email newsletter, which details the new collections and trends on a regular basis. This is great if like me you are a bit of a shopaholic!!!!!

The payment system is quick and easy to do and is also ssecure, so you can feel safe while you shop. They charge £4 for delivery which is a bit steep, although if you order totals £100 or more then delivery is free, which is always an incentive to buy more!!!!

You can also now pay by paypal on the website, which means shopping is even mmore safe and secure on the website.

Returns and customer service is also very good in my experience. It is so easy to retrun items, as you can either send it back or simply just take it down to you local topshop store with your reciept and return it there.

You can also track your oders, and the delivery is very fast usually within 1-3 working days.

I have also found the customer service to be very good, they were polite and helpful, and i felt valued as a customer

Overall i love this website, other than the delivery charge it is hard to fault it. I would definately recommend this site for online shopping.
