Stick to making great cars.

Advantages It works. Contains the Basic Information. As far as I can see, it's accurate.
Disadvantages Too simple. Not enough detail for me.
The website in front is definitely not Toyota.Co.Uk.
OK, it's not the worst site in the world, it's just pretty average. I'd have expected better from a company who make great vehicles and who invest such a vast amount of money in technology.Their website is an opportunity to make people want to be associated with the brand and it doesn't do that for me.
What's wrong with it? Well, for a start there's less detail than you find in the brochure (once you can finally get a dealer to part with the brochure that is). Why doesn't the website have at least as much detail, if not more? I recently found a press release on the Australian Celica GTS and it had every single detail you could want on the car and more besides, whereas the Toyota.co.uk site only has basic spec, prices and minimal performance information. The car configurator is particularly disappointing - no options to select the colour of the cars in the pictures like many motoring sites (for example VW) have.
It's still worth a visit if you're thinking of buying a Toyota, just remember, their cars are much better than their website. Don't let it put you off.
