After spending most of xmas stuck in queues waiting to be served, I thought that I needed to change my shopping habits. When I wanted a Christmas present for my (almost) 3 year old niece, the first thing that came to mind was Toys \'R\' Us, however I don't think it will again in a hurry. Being a keen internet shopper and a new parent I was excited to try the Toys r us online shopping facility. The first time I ordered a cot and bedding for our new baby. All seemed to go well and the order duly arrived however one item was wrong. There was no phone number or address on the accompanying paperwork so I had to e-mail them to let them know of the error. I did this, using the 'e-mail us!' facility on th website and waited for a reply...and ...
...found an old brochure and managed to obtain a telephone number which I rang.
