I have five children to buy for that equal's lot's every present's every year to be bought what with birthdays and Christmas and with me being at home with them it can be very hard to get out and about to buy the gift's they want. After spending most of xmas stuck in queues waiting to be served, I thought that I needed to change my shopping habits. When I wanted a Christmas present for my (almost) 3 year old niece, the first thing that came to mind was Toys \'R\' Us, however I don't think it will again in a hurry. The online store is incredibly easy to navigate, and they have a huge variety of stock, probably 2 to 3 times more than you would find in even the biggest Toys \'R\' Us store in the country. "Toys R Us - with toys in their millions, all under one roof". Sounds great, especially around Christmas time - get all the toys in one trip. Well, that was the idea anyway. My local Portsmouth store has always lived up to my expectations - it is clean, well organised and there are always staff around to help. In fact, on my last visit just before Christmas, a game that I was looking for was not on the shelves. Being a keen internet shopper and a new parent I was excited to try the Toys r us online shopping facility. The first time I ordered a cot and bedding for our new baby. All seemed to go well and the order duly arrived however one item was wrong. There was no phone number or address on the accompanying paperwork so I had to e-mail them to let them know of the error. I did this, using the 'e-mail us!' facility on th website and waited for a reply...and waited...and waited.
