"To breathe is to live, if we breathe more we live more"
Transformationalbreath.co.uk is not only a web site, but a way of life for some people. The site is all about the theory and practice of transformational breathing.
The site contains a rough guide explaining the theory behind transformational breathing, but no explanation of how to actually practice it. For this you need to attend their classes or groups, information of such is available however.
We are told facts as to why we should start transformational breathing, for eg, 90 percent of the population have restricted breathing, and this could help.
Apparently an improved quality of breathing can have dramatic effects on our lives. It should help us achieve an overall increased level of health and energy levels, along with helping up release blocked emotions, feel better about ourselves and have more control over our lives.
This all sounds brilliant but does it work? To tell you the truth I haven't tried it myself so I couldn't say, but must admit I am a bit skeptical. If it was that easy surely we'd have heard more about it by now.
But hey there are plenty of personal opinions on this website from people who have tried it and swear upon it. They are not all new age hippies either, no from laywers, to social workers, to water engineers they all agree transformational breathing has changed their lives.
The site was created by a woman called Angela who also tells us her life changing story. It's all very dramatic and impressive reading but I'd only have a look at this site if you are intrigued by or interested in this.
As I already mentioned the web site gives details of all manners of classes and events. It tells you how to get involved in and join talks, workshops, week or weekend holiday camps, support groups and even how to become an instructor yourself.
At the moment the only contacts available via the site are to angela, but soon you will be able to access their Governing Body in the United States.
In conclusion, this site is well laid out and easy to access but won't be everyones cup of tea, as I already said, only people that have an interest in this area will find this site interesting and useful.
I've heard of something similar before, but never took much notice of it. Breathing is obviously a necessity, but to take lessons in learning how to do it properly ? I, like you, am a but sceptical. But hey, it might work !
