Last month I had a chance to go Barcelona with my dear husband:)
I was searching through the internet to find a hotel to stay at. The idea was to fly there, grab a cab at the airport, get to the hotel and then walk around the city to get the most out of it. We wanted to avoid as much as possible subways, trains or buses. So my idea was to find a place to stay (initially a hotel) located in the hottest part of town...
I guess it was my lucky day ...nooo.. I didn't press the "I'm feeling lucky" thingy from Google, but I did find a great site! I was gonna stay @ a beautiful apartment instead of a cold city hotel room :) Great!
The company º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º Travel Flats Barcelona is an on-company that rents apartments for short stays. You can also rent them for over a month (special offers apply). It is registered and abides by all the applicable regulations.

Apartments: A list of all the apatments with their capacity, layout and price. If you click on any of them you'll find on the left-hand side pictures of the actual rooms, kitchen, living room and so on.
Location: A map with the location of each of the apartments.
Contact: This link provides other apartment owners and agencies with information on how to work with them.
Reservation: Info. regarding reservation and "terms and conditions"
Services: Includes all the services the apartments are provided with plus some additional services you might want to add.
Who are we: A brief explanation of the company, what they offer and the like.
How to rent an apartment º~º~º~º~º~º~º~ºº~º~º~º~º~º Click on "Apartments" Once there check each of them.
Having selected one click on "Make a reservation" Here you'll have to enter the number of people as well as the dates of your trip.
Select "Recalc" and your total cost will appear right away. They recommend that you choose a second apartment just in case the first one is already booked for the given dates.
Press now the "End request" and fill in the application form. You don't have to provide any credit card information or anything too personal.
Soon after you will receive an e-mail explaining how to make the 25% down payment. The rest can be paid either by banker's order, credit card or cash upon arrival. That easy!
My experience º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º I chosed the apartment on Balmes/Mallorca.
It costed us 475€ (aprox. 321pounds for 2 people/5nights). After searching for different hotels and even promotions I found Travel Flats Barcelona to be very competitive (price-wise) and real good value for money.
The flat was a georgeous one, cozy and really stylish. It was also spotless!
It was fully furnished with all the appliances and stuff we would ever need.
The location was perfect, right in the best area of Barcelona close to everything within walking distance.
Customer Service º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º It was great :) Fast and reliable. They answered all my questions through the e-mail. Were there to greet us when we arrived and handed us everything we needed.
Will I come back? º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º~º Sure! If I ever go back to Barcelona (and I definitely will) I'll book an apartment with them again. It is way more confortable than staying @ a hotel moreover if you travel with kids or friends, as you can stay all in one place. It is nicer, cheaper and the location of all of them is unbeatable.
Definitely an option if your planning a trip to Barcelona wether you're going for bussiness or pleasure.
