I booked a low cost weekend break (to Lisbon) and it was the most trouble-free travel experience in a long time - I travel frequently and can say the experience was a good one. I organised flight, hotel and hire car - all were great, the hotel being particularly good value. I would highly recommend the company (and have to friends). The range of holidays available includes all the usual European destinations but, in addition, a fair range of holidays in North Africa and the Americas. The best thing about the site is the ability to match different flights and hotels, giving you a degree of customisation that you really don't get anywhere else. Having shopped around considerably for a few different travel deals lately I can say travelocity were the best I encountered.

    Welcome to Ciao! It would be nice to know a bit more about this site, how the booking procedure works, and how their prices compare to similar agents. Good to know that you were pleased with them, anyway! Sue
