I have been trying to contact Tribaluk.com for the last 3 days by telephone and email without any success to make a product enquiry before placing an order for a £1200 cooker. The company clearly doesn't have a policy regarding answering the telephone as I spent a total of 4 hours over 3 days waiting for someone to answer! The only responses I received to my numerous emails were the automated reply suggesting that I contact them by telephone!! Having read the other bad reviews about making contact and delivery I have now given up and decided to pay an extra £50 and go to BE Direct who answer their telephone - if Tribaluk.com are not in recession they deserve to be. ...

Absolutely appalling - save your money + stress and go elsewhere totally unrelaible. I placed an order that was in-stock and availbility. They had my money, it was a gift for Xmas. A after trying to contact customer services - you get cut off after 2-3 mins automatically I emailled but all you get is an auto reply. Eventually I got a call an apology and told that the delivery would be there the following day, I told my friends to take a day off work ...
...arrived. The ldelivery company said that there was no way it would have been delivered the previous week as they only got it that day.They Failed to deliver for Xmas in fact the next delivery is a month after placing the order. Triabal customer service 'manager' rude, ignorant and unhelpful when delivery co would deliver but wanted a premium paying! ...

I'm surprised by the poor reviews for TribalUK. I guess they can't get it right every time, but personally my experience was very positive. I was emailed with status updates and was called so quickly with a delivery day I had to delay it myself! As promised, I was called the day before by the delivery man to notify me of the 4-hour delivery slot the next day. No problems at all. To be honest I didn't really have to put their customer service to the test, but they struck me as a very professional, slick, customer-focussed operation and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. ...

I had my first experience with TribalUK around 2 years ago when I was looking to purchase a new LCD television. I had thoroughly browsed both in High street stores and online shops and decided the online route would provide me with a far more reasonable price. I had never before heard of TribalUK, but after typing cheap TV's into Google it popped up as one of the favourites. I followed the link and was welcomed to the site with an array of products ...

DIRE!!! Their website shows stock but this is a blatant lie. They deliberately show stock to get orders then fail to email you to tell you the situation. Disgraceful. Awaiting refund, who knows if I'll get it. Go elsewhere. ...
