TribalUk is actually the online division of an East Anglian based company called Bennetts Electrical (www.bennettsonline.co.uk). Whereas Comet and Curry's operate there services openly - Bennetts do not.
How do I know? I used to work for them.
In my experience and observation the coordination of your return is largely reliant on which individual happens to serve you that day, at least within its retail division...
