ADDED DEC '00....I'd better add to this opinion, the fact that I've just had to contact Trading Standards and my CC company about a £150 charge made after I ceased to become a Twelve.net customer!

A rude customer service department. An in-built inability to contact them by phone. Bad or non-existent e-mail support. Support staff who refuse to co-operate. Employees who insist they've done things, but haven't. An arrogant MD who has only contempt for his customers. Days of downtime & loss of mail with no explanation or even apology.

You will find an independent set of opinions, voiced on newsgroups like alt.internetproviders.uk. It'll open your eyes to the practices of certain hosting companies!
