Uboot is a great free SMS and communication sight. It is set out so easily that you could be new to computers and work it. Once you have signed up you have access to free texts from the net, free email, a free web type page, free chatroom access and access to Uboot’s own photo community.

When you sign up for a uboot account you will be asked for a chosen name to use and then your mobile number. If you have a mobile you can connect it to the sight so that people can text you (via an anonymous uboot number.) Also when you sign up you get an email address and a nickpage.

Your nickpage is like your very own web page. You can tell people all about yourself, the things you enjoy and your favourite web pages. You can also upload your own picture to display to the uboot community. When you have set up your page it becomes a big guest book and as you make friends you can post lots of messages onto other people’s pages.

When you make friends you can put them in your address book and they will show up on your nickpage as your uboot friends, this allows easy access to their pages and also finding them in the chatrooms. When you have lots of people to keep hold of, uboot makes it easy. By having people in your address book you can put them into groups of up to 10 people and text them all at once! How easy? Very easy!

Uboot has its own photo community. This is where some people put loads of photos of everything and anything on the site for anyone to see! There is a competition every week for the photo community such as : ‘most outrageous photo’ that the uboot community judge.

Uboot has lately added the common feature of logo and ringtone buying, and this can be done whenever you sign in. So you can talk to your friends and liven up your mobile all at once.

The newest feature to uboot is uboot plus. When you sign up to this (you have to pay for this service) you get 2 free logos and texts per month and extra long text messages. A good service to have I think…how about you?

All together the only bad things about uboot I can think of is having to pay for the uboot plus and not having enough room for your messages on peoples’ pages! So I recommend you sign up today and see for yourself. Uboot is a very popular, well-used sight, so there are always people joining and always new friends to make.
