Advantages: Quick, easy to use. Disadvantages: They don't look after their workers.
This website looks user friendly my initial reactions were good. I was impressed with the layout the blue colours of the site were easy on the eye. It was all laid out in a nice easy order that was not difficult to navigate.
I first went to the Avon Café part of the site. There was a ladies smiling face looking back at me which gave me a good impression and was a positive approach. Not only can you purchase products on the website, but you can send ... ...thought this was pretty good actually.
It is a nice easy and laid back site where you can have fun as well as search for products. You can even go look at a virtual beauty adviser. The thing I loved the most was the playground part of the site. Being the big girl I am I just loved applying make up to the models. You could literally spend hours just applying make up to them which I thought was pretty nifty and very clever. It also helps you decide ...

Advantages: great offers, reasonable prices with excellent choice Disadvantages: missing items from delivery box, credits not accounted for
I have been a 'small time' REP with Avon for about 7 years now..... I'm not one of those that gets big orders in from all over the neighbourhood or the workplace ...... I simply don't have time to commit myself too much to the company.
It would take a lot of hard work and dedication to achieve the goals of great commission - I think at the moment if I make an order of £65 or more I get a 20% bonus, which isn't bad I suppose, but it can be quite ... ...and work collegues lose interest.
I think their products are good, especially the Skin So Soft range - I just love the Soft and Sensual Bath Oil, it's the best smelling bath stuff out I reckon. They are top notch when it comes to make-up and their prices can be well worth checking out when they have special offers on.
My problem, as a REP, is my invoices...... time and time again I have had to either contact Avon due to returned items not being ...

Advantages: Shop till you drop, no waiting for Avon lady, one delivery charge Disadvantages: spend a fortune
Up until a few months ago I used to buy a lot of Avon products from one of my friends, as she was an agent. However, after my husband and I moved to a new house a few miles away in the country I wasn’t able to see my friend so often and shortly after she decided to stop working for Avon due to family commitments anyway. Not wanting to go through the rigmarole of finding another agent, or Avon Lady as they were once known, in the area, my friend suggested ... ...directly to your door and you can order whenever you want without having to rely on the agent turning up at infrequent intervals.
A month or so ago I decided to throw out a lot of my old makeup that I had hovering around my dressing table for ages and had probably reached the end of its shelf life by about 10 years. By the time I had finished my spring-cleaning I realised that I wasn’t left with an awful lot so thought about replenishing my stock ...

Advantages: get avon stuff without a rep, good selection online Disadvantages: postage charges
Having been a fan of Avon for years, but not having a regular rep, I was really glad when I stumbled across their website.
Their homepage has a really simple and easy to understand layout. The current brochure number is clearly displayed at the top of the screen and some of their main offers from that campaign are pictured. below that is some advice about how to use some of the features on the website, the quick shop option, where you just put in ... ...option, product highlights that highlights the offers in the current brochure, and also a link for a questionnaire where you fill in what you think of the website.
Along the top right hand side is a link for help, which details how to use the website, and answers most queries that I have had with the site, and also a link that details postage. Postage is 2.50 per order, regardless of size.
Along the top left hand side is a link back to the homepage, ...
