If you are trying to find a university and a really good course for you, I HIGHLY recommend you visit this website!
It takes about 5/10 minutes to answer a few questions which works out your interests. You then answer a few MORE questions (they can get a bit tedious!) and they find you areas of study that they think you would like.THEN...you enter what subjects you do currently, your average grades and where you want to go in the country and what sort of university you'd like (ie. traditional campus) and up pops a list of 'perfect' universities for you! Then you can click on the buttons to find out more about the courses and universities. Magic.
The site also offers details on personal statements and UCAS forms which are worth a look at. It has all the details the UCAS CD-Rom offers and more. So well worth a look.
