The single best feature about UKinvest is that it gives the user free access to real-time stock market quotes, it's worth using for this factor alone.
Naturally, there's much more to it than that, UKinvest's home page gives you up to date access to major financial headlines and opinion from their wealth of technical writers, including Mike Walters, Alpesh Patel not forgetting Bernice Cohen. There's plenty of USEFUL links and a wealth of archive articles.
UKinvest's portfolio tool is the best I have found, it offers a number of different views, you can combine more than on Portfolio, eg one for held shares and one for prospects, the facility to view company fundamentals can be very useful, the most widely used must be the 'Performance' option where you can see how much money you are currently losing.
Be warned - if you are relying on the displayed data to act on transactions, ALWAYS check the information with at least one other site, none of them are 100% reliable.
This is the site I would not like to do without.
