Advantages Have fun! Make friends, grab a bargain, share a moan or a laugh, read members stories, get advice...

Disadvantages Are there any? Oh yeah, it might get adictive!

What did I do before I found UK Parents??!

I actually came across this site when I was pregnant with Rebecca, and found it to be a gold mine! I made lots of friends, everyone is so nice! I got lots of advice, had lots of fun and actually learnt something too! They have a database of info about all aspects of life with babies/children, info on illnesses, developent, milestones, immunisations...etc...

There is something for everyone, forums for pregnant women, grandparents, dads, kids, parents of kids in certain ages, mmr forum, buy & sell forum, debating forum, general forum....lots more, including many non parenting topics.

There are tips, fun stories, letters, advice, they even have thier own shop! They also sort out get togethers for parents in the same area!!

I'm a regular there, whenever I need someone, for whatever reason I know my mate's at UKP can help :o)

Wether you're pregnant, thinking about trying to concieve, or have children already - this is the site for you! You will find it indespencible!

I've been to all the parenting websites there are, and this is the one I've stuck with! It's a friendly atmosphere, I have found some websites to ingore 'newbies' but I've felt welcome sice my first visit!

    Good op, concise and to the point. I have no children, but the opinion looked interesting so I thought I'd read about this website! Maybe I can now recommend it to some of my frineds! Thanx. lil x

    Think I'll have to take a look at this one. If it's as addictive as Ciao! I'll never get off the computer!!
