However in all my experience of online shopping (which is fairly considerable, and mostly positive) I have never come across a site whose staff were more helpful and friendly than this one. This is the easiest unicycle website that I have used. The layout is very easy to navigate and the 'wishlist' section is very handy. There are good clear pictures of each product on sale, with a detailed description. The checkout section is also easy to navigate and understand. I have now bought 2 unicycles from this website. I've also spoken to the folks over the phone and they were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They guided me towards the unicycle better suited to my style of riding. I use unicycle.uk.com regularly to buy unicycles and unicycle parts and would recommend it to everyone! The staff are ever so helpful and prompt in rectifying any problems (I've only ever had one and that was sorted the same day). If the unicycle on display isn't the exact specification you want then they gladly switch around parts to make it perfect and unique to you and don't charge over the price for it. It's not often I leave a testimonial but in this case it's well warranted. I was impressed with Unicycle.com's well laid out website and by the sheer number of parts available. However this plethora of parts meant there was more than one solution to the tricky problem of fitting brakes to my son's non standard unicycle.
