after trying to phone the store to let them know that there is a major problem with their web site (you cannot connect to it at all), I tried for three weeks to go online and purchace equipment from them, and they still have'nt rectified the web page problem!!!! I found myself buying a £460 hilleberg tent, and £300 worth of gear to go with it, in one sale to another store (taunton leisure), who were amazing and had a two day delivery,,,,, now that is profesionalism!! up and under call themselves "the best in wales for specialist outdoor equipment", all well and good if you walk into the store in person, but ( if you can connect at all!!!)their online store is a joke.
