After having used other service providers for hosting and network problems causing problems for access , it has been a real pleasure to deal with a company who dont only make promises, but keep them as well. I have complete faith in recommending their service and can tell you that their service level agreement is second to none. There have been no problems with the service, but any queries we have had have been answered professionally and accurately with no bull. While they are not the cheapest, their prices are competitive but when service is bad a cheap alternative is no use so I get more than I pay for. Technical advice is extremely helpful. They have their own network so are not a piggy back provider.Use them.
