Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from this 'business'. Ordered (and paid for) an item and a week or so later received email saying the goods were delayed in a container somewhere. Smelt a rat so cancelled, as was an option at that point. Received cancellation email with promise that money would be credited back within 7 days (even though I paid through paypal as an instant payment). I would definately NOT recommend this company to ANYBODY! Products seem cheap to buy and very good offers but they are absolutely rubbish with communication (they send group emails out instead of personal ones). Fraudulent company or small business. Don't touch them with a bargepole. They take your money and don't send out your order. There is no way of contacting anyone as all you get is an answerphone when you ring, saying that products have been sent out Saturday or Monday. After ordering the goods, I read the reviews and I thought..... what have I done?. I had to give them a chance and was patient. I received three different e-mails informing why the goods were late. I never contacted them... I waited. As I live in Spain and they had just started on this area, I thought it logical they would have some logistic problems. Eventually the goods arrived and I was happy and relieved!!!! I ordered on the 23rd August and they delivered on the7th October. I gathered that if you are prepared to wait, the goods will arrive. I paid much less for the goods than what other companies charge... worth the wait? I think so.
