Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from this 'business'. Ordered (and paid for) an item and a week or so later received email saying the goods were delayed in a container somewhere. Smelt a rat so cancelled, as was an option at that point. Received cancellation email with promise that money would be credited back within 7 days (even though I paid through paypal as an instant payment). Following non-receipt of refund tried continually to contact Via TV and only after email was sent threatening Paypal / trading standards complaint was email received stating that they werent able to give me a refund as I had never paid for the goods! That's a new one! Sent back PayPal receipt along with transaction reports so wll see what happens next but am not confident of receiving a penny back with out a fight, probably through the PayPal system. This company operates on a pretty predictable basis: offer goods at low prices, offering quick delivery. Take the money and then email customers with various reasons for delay. Delay repayments etc for as long as possible in the hope customers lose the will to live!
