This looks like an eyeliner pencil. It's silver, and has a ... ...lower lash line.
In Virgin Vie's defence, I have fortunately been blessed with reasonably sized eyes, not teeny weeny like some people's so perhaps this product would be beneficial to people with smaller than average eyes to ehance them and make them appear larger.
As stated earlier I usually rave on about most of my Virgin Vie make-up and this certainly hasn't put me off the range in general, but this has been banished to the bottom of my make-up ...

I too have this product and use it regularly. The previous reviewer may have been applying it incorrectly as it is supposed to go on the inside of the lower lash line - on that little bit of skin between your lashes and your eyeball!
The premise is that this turns the skin to the same colour as the white of your eye - making your eye appear bigger & wider. The pencil comes in a bluey white that is the nearest colour to the whites of your eye ( Although ... ...drinking could perhaps make pink a better colour -Ha Ha)
Seriously though - check out manyTV programmes (particularly soaps like Emmerdale- where all the girls look lovely) and you will see that they all have white/pale inner lash lines and big open eyes.
The consistency of this pencil is very soft and creamy so it will not drag the skin and you should ensure it is kept regulary sharpened to keep the end clean and hygienic as well as avoiding scratching ...
