Advantages cheap, Customer service reply to emails within 24 hours
I joined virgin media last year, after a hectic year with another company that shall remain nameless, They was helpful when i first signed up, explained thjat it will take a few days for my connection to sort its self out in respect of speeds, as promised the speeds soon sped up and everything was running fine, The free modem was delivered as promised and was easy to set up, Even when I emailed them for help they have always responded within 24 hours, apart from the odd times when the service slows down, they are great, I have quite often recommended them to friends and family and they all agree with me, they are good and they too will be recommending them, better than certain companies that i can think off.
