I have been using VistaPrint for about 4 years now, previously with no problems at all and very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, now they seem to be running a scam where you can sign up for a rewards scheme trial. They say they will email you BEFORE they start to take any money from you, but I received nothing. Luckily I check my bank statements and saw the payment. If you check on the internet you will see this has been going on for a long time and some people have been fleeced of £100's as they didn't check their statements properly. BUT, I have also found that they took TWO payments from my account, both for the same amount and both at the same time/date. Look out for VPREWARDS (the membership rewards program), but also CLUBPREM which is some affiliate they probably sold the information to. This is totally unsolicited and I am processing the usual fraudulent transaction forms through my bank.

Having researched this on the net I find that some people swear they didn't even sign up for the rewards scheme (as they have popup blockers), so it seems anyone who has been a customer and has their credit card details stored on the site, is potentially a victim.

I have contacted VistaprintCustomer Services which seems to be in the US and they assured me I would be refunded, but didn't say exactly when and exactly how much. Whether they would refund those people who neglected to read their statements, and have been making payments for 6 months or more.....? The representative I spoke to was unwilling to enter into any conversation about this and seemed to only have a stock answer, which was that I would be refunded. Basically she was trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible.

I don't care how cheap or cheerful this company and its products are, I won't be using them again.
