From the moment I took out this policy I have been so disappointed, they have refused to pay out on two claims and they are rude and don't try to help. I find them a real pain to deal with and not recommend them to anyone. I have tried to compalin and they just ask to speak by letter and they try to use long words and ue they are only workiing within the law. I would rath burn my money then give them a penny more of my money. If there could be a warranty company that actually look after the customer they will be successful. I wish i never gave them a penny. In my option i would never use them again and would not want to ever speak to them, they are lying and cheat scumbags that should be closed down.
