I bought a warranty for my Audi TT Cabriolet as i wanted piece of mind if anything should go wrong on it as it was 8 years old. The warranty they recommended was ideal, and covered all the components not just for mechanical breakdown but also wear and tear.
Both years warranty direct offered me a competitive renewal price that suited my needs. I have held the policy for two years, never made a claim but then made two claims in as many months late last year.
Both claims were settled quickly and efficiently within 10 days.
The customer agents and claim teams are very helpful. The overall service is outstanding and the warranty price very competitive. It is great value for piece of mind and I would recommend the company and the warranty 100% “.
