Warranty Direct's policy document and claims process were very easy to understand. When I needed to understand what was happending and to check further details relating to my claim I was able to get through to the assigned claims handerler quickly. I really liked the fact that Warranty Direct assign a claims handerler at outset, so many other companies put you through a call centre. I cannot praise their team highly enough.
