Sat nav issue sorted by WD.
Advantages Very helpfull, knowlagable advice and the service did what it should do i.e pay the bill.
Disadvantages None as far as my dealings are concerned.

My RR Sports had a sat nav issue. My dealer told me the receiver was not working. Called WD told them the problem and i was issued with a claim number and told to get garage to call back for the Auth. Garage called and i was booked in for the repair. Sat nav now working and all it cost me was the excess. I had only to call for the claim number, drop car off and then pick up with a now working Sat Nav.
I would be happy to recommend WD to anyone who is looking for a warranty. There is a lot of bad press going around for this type of business but in my opinion WD has done everything that i was told when i took out the policy so happy boy.
