My RR Sports had a sat nav issue. My dealer told me the receiver was not working. Called WD told them the problem and i was issued with a claim number and told to get garage to call back for the Auth. Garage called and i was booked in for the repair. Sat nav now working and all it cost me was the excess. I had only to call for the claim number, drop car off and then pick up with a now working Sat Nav. I would be happy to recommend WD to anyone who is looking for a warranty. There is a lot of bad press going around for this type of business but in my opinion WD has done everything that i was told when i took out the policy so happy boy.
