I took out warranty insurance for my kitchen appliances with Warrant Direct 18 months ago. They were very efficient and easy to use. Recently my washing machine broke down. I contacted them by phone to find out what I should do first. An engineer called at the house and I was told that it would cost too much to repair. I the advised Warranty Direct who were extremely helpful. They told me how much they would be able to compensate me and to go and replace the machine. Warranty Direct sent a cheque to me within days and I was able to replace my machine with no hassle at all. I can highly recommend them. I have since recommended them to family and friends something I would not do if I had experienced any problems.
