when you initially ring these guys you get a polite person whos gentle speaking. but its when you need to make a claim you see the real side of warranty direct!
pray that you never have to make a claim cos then you get through to the claims department and they are nothing less than heartless thugs! these guys will use every 'get out clause' possible. and when that dont work they will ask for all sorts of paperwork which they always claim they never recieve.
they will drag your case out as long as possible before decide weather they authorize your repair or not and this does take upto 14 days just for a decision! so your vehicle maybe off the road for a few weeks at the least.

these guys pay out a lot for advertising and marketing to give out the impression they are the best and for companies to give them a good biased review but in reality they are the dirtiest!
ive used several warranty companies in the past and they have been great, no problems whatsoever and they are probably a quarter of the size to warranty direct.
