Webfusion have been around for donkey's years and when you deal with them you can work out why. They know what they're talking about.
If you're after some shared hosting for a hobby site then you're fine looking on google for the cheapest option. But if you actually want your site to be up when you need it then its worth giving your business to a company who knows what they're doing, but they might charge a bit more.I actually need quite a complicated set up as there are 3 sites, which are basically copies but international and I need to serve them to different territories. But they are run off the same database.
Very helpful staff. Set up my DS in 48 hours. No downtime (yet). And always very happy to help when I call (which I probably do too much).
