Some of the advice they offer on how to avoid getting rolled on accident sickness and unemployment is one I definitely didn't know. They also have some useful calculators and downloads. I got a quote for their home insurance and it was £70 cheaper than the one I nearly bought. What else can you say about a financial services web site - it's not exactly eciting to look at, but easy to navigate and does what you want it to do.
